The following are a few things that you will need to keep in mind while you are bidding at this
a
uction.

                                                                                                                                            
1. Full payment shall be made on the date of the auction before a buyer leaves the premises. No items are to be
removed or assembled prior to the end of the auction.
A buyers premium of 15% will be added to your final bid.


2. Terms of the auction:
Payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashiers check or personal check with bank
letter of credit only. All checks will be made payable to Reliable Liquidators,inc. Bidder agrees not to stop the payment
on the check.

3. No warranty: The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this sale are believed to be correct.
Nevertheless, neither those description nor the oral statements made by owner, it's officers, agents and employees of
Reliable Liquidators,Inc concerning any items shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied
.  All Items
Are Sold As Is- Where is.

4.Receipt :
Buyers will be furnished with a receipt when payment is received for items purchased. This receipt must be
presented to and validated by check-out personnel before the buyer will be permitted to remove purchases from the
auction premises.

5. Removal Date: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer when the auctioneer says "Sold", and the
buyer assumes all risk of lost and damage to property unit removed from auction premises.  All merchandise must be
removed from premises within the move out hours specified.

6.Resale: Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any property not paid in full on the day of the auction. Buyers shall be
responsible to the auctioneer for expenses of resale and collection and any damages resulting from the resale including
attorney's fee and cost.

7. Disputes between bidders: The auctioneer SHALL designate the purchaser after each item of merchandise is
auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding. His
designation of a buyer shall be final.

8. Injury and damage: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by
bidder or his agent and further agrees to hold Reliable Liquidators,Inc the owner, it 's officers,or employees harmless for
any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on sale premises.
